What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice for management would be to slow down on the work to make the workload so that I don't feel overwhelmed, you could hire more staff to do this as well and equally distribute the work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lots of opportunities at this firm to grow and to take a step outside my comfort zone thus allowing me to improve on my ability and work ability. Most of the staff I've spoken to are very nice and hard working, just like me.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work is fast paced and can make me feel like I'm overwhelmed and behind or that I can't enjoy the workload because I'm always going as fast as possible.
