Raise the pay and offer better benefit packages. Throw some more parties and team outings to let people get to know each other better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm really likes to throw you straight into the ring to see what you are made of. There is no lack of opportunity for experience and since the firm operates in many areas, you can get some interesting projects under your belt.

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay and benefits are good, but could be better. Some firms that are definitely not of our caliber have better offerings.
