What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Raise pay and make the benefit packages better. Start listening to some of the people who are getting the bulk of the work done.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been at the firm for four years, and for the most part, it has been positive. The people here care about their jobs and try hard to succeed.

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay and benefits are really up to par here and could definitely be better. The partners aren't really accessible and sometimes it feels like we're fighting on uphill battle against them.
