What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Professional development should become a greater focus for the firm. It would help with retaining attorneys looking to advance more in their career. Pay could be a bit more competitive as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Really good work environment. People are friendly and it is just generally positive all around, attorneys and office staff. Business casual is fine on days when not due in court.

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay could be a bit better. Partners and senior associates could do more to mentor younger associates and staff who want to learn, especially since it benefits the firm as a whole.
