What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Employee pay should increase a decent amount to retain your best employees. The firm's technology needs to be updated more regularly to have a competitive advantage when working on cases.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Work environment is very positive and friendly. Small firm atmosphere allows you to work on cases soon after you start.
What did you not like about this institution?
Pay is not as competitive as others in the area. Technology in the firm needs to be updated to match current trends.
