What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think everyone at this firm would benefit from some more time away from the job. Offering more vacation time as part of the benefits package and perhaps encouraging short sabbaticals would invigorate the associates.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very well managed. The management, the associates, and the staff are all quite friendly and professional. You don't ever have to worry about whether or not you'll get the help you need to do your job.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work itself is quite dreary. There's nothing pleasant about practicing in this field of law. Consequently, it's very easy to feel burnt out and start looking for a change.
