What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
You need to be able to start seeing through who the pretenders are, and who the contenders are, because there are an abundance of both.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They will pay you well, and your home/work ratio will definitely be tolerable. Benefits are generous and so is vacation.
What did you not like about this institution?
I had absolutely nowhere to go once I was in there. There are very few promotions, and the ones that do happen are not based on merit.
