Pros:
The culture there is very inclusive. I never felt like I was left out. Everyone is very courteous and friendly with each other. When a helping hand is needed, it's easy to find.

Cons:
As a parent, opportunities to work from home would have been very nice. I had days where I had to take my kids to doctor
