What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to learn to value its employees as equally integral to the interests of the firm as its short-term profits. Profits will come and go but good employees can lay a foundation for decades of success.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love the location. The benefits are pretty good. Easy to have a healthy work and life balance because the firm's not overly demanding. The clients are pretty diverse and interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
I don't feel like the firm puts their employees before the business. Most of the time it's clear the firm values profits over the interests of its staff. The firm isn't well organized.
