The partners get to know you and are approachable to help. Flexible work-from-home options since the pandemic began. The firm does some community involvement events. 401K percentage matching now is nice!

What did you not like about this institution?
it is a lot of work and a lot to learn. It can be overwhelming.

Simmons & Fletcher treats you like family. I have never worked at another firm or company that cares as much about their staff. They are supportive and understanding. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. They also truly care about their clients. Each client matters to them.
