I wish the partners were more understanding towards mistakes. Honest mistakes happen. It's best to treat it as a place for staff to improve. Let it be a learning experience and be patient with these mistakes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The balance of work and personal life was great. I never felt overworked and I always had time for my family. This is something that they truly care about at this firm, and it really helps us stay motivated and fresh.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel that the owner and partners are pretty impatient. They are very quick to degrade you for honest mistakes. Sometimes it's very stressful.
