The idea of helping people in debt sound good.

What did you not like about this institution?
management is completely out of control. Expect long hours and micromanagement. No one has any idea whats going on, and there is zero invested in training and upkeep. The lack of investing in staff + running them raw with personal insults and totally selfish acts by CEO will drive away even someone who has no other job opportunities.

There is only one partner and he is not a stable person.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have been working at Rodier Law Offices full-time for more than 5 years. Great group of co-workers who aren't afraid to work hard and help each other out. Communication is key!

What did you not like about this institution?
Legal issues can be stressful and law office employees are sometimes the target of frustration which can be trying at times.

Rodier Law Offices is great at helping clients settle their legal cases. This is a great firm with professional staff members. The Sr. Attorney Mr. Rodier is very experienced and knowledgeable. He takes time with his customers. Mr. Rodier and his staff will explain all the information about your case and answer all questions to make sure you understand the complete process of your matter. The firm goes above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable about the process. Their office is always available for assistance and also give advice on how to manage your money and become debt free. Great company! Thank you.

What did you not like about this institution?
I would give a no star rating but it won't let me! From start to finish it was the worst conversation I have had in a long time. He didn't tell me his name, he talked to me as if I were a peasant, told me that he wouldn't help me unless I get a better paying job and health insurance! He belittled me and talked down to me as if I was crap on the bottom of his shoe. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy! He made me feel horrible about myself, like I didn't matter.
