This is the type of firm that many will want to work for because of its atmosphere and collegiality. But that comes at the price of not being able to plan for a partnership track. Very few associates make partner here, and that will turn a lot of lawyers off.

There is a lot to like about working here. Associates report a cheerful atmosphere and collegiality among coworkers. Many people will find this atmosphere to their liking and will seek out firms like this.

The firm's reputation is not among the strongest, and you may find it hard to get ahead. You might work as an associate for years here without so much as a whisper about partnership opportunities. A lot of lawyers will not appreciate this.
