What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A little more personal touch would go a long way, let the lawyers know they're valued as people and not simply as cogs in the machine.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is huge, both in the number of lawyers it has, the size of the clients it deals with and its reputation. Working here for me will be a huge boost to my resume if I ever move somewhere else, and I never lack for resources when it comes to my work. I get to network with some very connected people.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pressure is so intense, working in a place like this if you don't product you're out, there's 20 other lawyers who would love to have your spot. Dealing with large clients is always difficult and people expect the best of me at all times.
