What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A lot of document review work is there so the job can get monotonous. Work allocation is also not fair so you need to be careful regrading that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people are fantastic and very friendly. Diversity is one of the prominent aspects of the firm. Associate development is a top priority for the firm which is a good thing. They pressure on training and overall development.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unpredictable work flow and firm decisions are not transparent. Client expectations are very high.
