The firm itself should focus a little less on the family and making opportunities for themselves. They should seriously consider making the full partner position exactly that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is great for someone starting out. You will be met with a decent range of cases as well as ample opportunity to get your name in the community.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is a family run firm. Thus, much of the advancement stays in the family. This is not a firm to plan on staying with for your entire career. Definitely not a firm you will retire from.
