What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be changed or replaced. The people currently in the position simply don't care about the firm and provide no leadership to their employees, leaving them feeling lost.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers good payment when starting out and was a good incentive when I started working here. The firm provides bonuses at the end of each year and treats their employees in a tough but fair way.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management was absolutely horrible in this law firm. Complaints weren't even heard and suggestions were merely scoffed or laughed at. The people here aren't open to any type of criticism and this firm has been using products over a decade old. They need to keep up with the times.

if anything maybe provide more parking because sometimes it appears spots can be limited at busy times. I do not have too much other advise to give.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
the lawyers care very much about each client and work very hard to ensure success! They are all very honest and do a great job updating the client about all things that are going

What did you not like about this institution?
i didn’t have any bad experiences with this firm i felt the lawyers were very honest and hard working

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
i do not have any partners to avoid! every parter was very welcoming and they all appeared very hard working.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
care for clients, professional atmosphere, very hard working and always available for clients. the lawyers put their all in for every case
