What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My only advice is that the firm should consider hiring law clerks with, at least, the intent of offering full time attorney positions after graduation.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
All of the partners were very approachable. I especially enjoyed working with Vince because he let me think outside the box and we were able to brainstorm solutions for clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
I didn't have any negative experiences. I enjoyed working on the varied types of cases and all of the attorneys were very professional.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I did not have any issues with any of the partners. Every partner was approachable and easy to work with.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I think the weekly meetings were very important and appreciated to help me understand the kinds of cases. Additionally, these meetings were used to brainstorm ideas for litigation purposes.
