What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice to the firm would be to keep doing what they continue to do successfully, from individual office management all the way to the top.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
ATB Law has many offices across the country, and as an employee, I share in the accomplishments and successes of all, which is more like working for a smaller firm. It's also uplifting to be a participant in giving back to the community, something each office is encouraged to do either individually or as a group. A monthly newsletter keeps us connected to what's happening in other offices. It is common knowledge that the doors to the named partners are always open and we have direct access should we need it. I love working here because it gives me advancement opportunities, great benefits, and flexibility when I have needed it. We are given the technology and tools to do a great job.
What did you not like about this institution?
I honestly cannot think of anything that would be the "worst of the firm" which is why I have been here a number of years.
