What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see some of the interns treated more fairly. Perhaps attorneys such as myself that have been around the block a few times could lend them a hand while the more experienced attorneys could focus on more important tasks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is willing to lend you a hand when needed and the attorneys that work here give very sound advice to any issues that I may have.

What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be a slight bias towards younger attorneys and interns that are new in the field. This is typical though and to be expected since some of the attorneys here are some of the best in the field and have very high standards.
