I think there should be more incentives and bonuses for important projects and cases that take more time, which will help some associates with the extra work we have to do sometimes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really advocates for making the clients feel welcomed. And it also stresses the importance of happy associates. I'm really grateful that the work place has some good amenities for the associates and clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work hours tend to be long. But I do understand the reasons for the heavy workload sometimes, considering how much effort we put to making sure clients feel cared for here.
