The firm has to change the format of how they run their business when it comes to incentivizing some associates to take a bigger role within the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think that saying this firm is a decent place to work at is probably the best thing I can say about it. The pay is agreeable. And the firm also enables lawyers to take more responsibility on their cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
One of the major problems I have with the firm is that there is no room to move up within it. The superiors are in charge of the most important cases. And lawyers who are looking to progress in their careers are not going to get many opportunities within the firm.
