Micromanagement and high expectations might leave a sour taste in the mouth of new hires. Management should consider giving attorneys more leeway in how things are done.

Pros:
Attorneys at this firm have the benefit of keeping up to date with the newest technology and standards, keeping them at the forefront of the industry. The environment is fast paced, but pay is good.

Cons:
Some people may love a fast paced environment, but it's not for everyone. A lot is expected of attorneys and if you can't keep up you will hear about it right away.

Advice to law firm management:
Management needs to install some guidelines to keep everyone in check. The work environment should feel like home, not a war zone. I would also like to see more individuals from different legal backgrounds hired as well.

Pros:
The benefits and pay are great at this firm. Everyone was very helpful while I worked here as an intern. Some of the staff members were like family to me and were always there when I needed them.

Cons:
There was too much drama in the office. Most of the time it felt like a somewhat hostile environment and there were more than a few large arguments that took place while I worked here.

I would like to see more promotions given to those that have worked hard and have put in the time and effort to get where they are.

Pros:
ALL of the staff members here are very friendly and easy to socialize with. I also felt as though the starting pay was exceptional.

Cons:
There is a real lack of sense of progress in terms of growth at this firm. It is hard to tell where you stand and I did not see many promotions take place during my stay here.

Please if you keep a person working there with a Racing then I will let the world know the company is Racing and Asian Hate. Seriously this is not working good for your business Thank you

Pros:
Well! The business Law firm is great.

Cons:
The worst at this Law Firm was , the Manager at Seattle location is so Racist. The Manager at Seattle location is so racist between Asian and Black. Was wondering there almost 5 years, before his is hired me his still contract with WSGR and then his quick some how his come back was hired by Manager Karen being her Office Assistant after that Karen has be retired so his be coming in manager at Seattle location, so then after his fired me because I am a Asian community and his support the Black community. I have other reason about him was, there is other co- worker of me was injured when his went on vacation at Nevada couples of day and his had to be on hospice couples of month, but his still comeback to work work normal, but me when I am illness is only one week in hospital and while I am in hospital his is told me I am no longer be working with WSGR any more. Anyway O would like to know after almost 5 be there working hard stay late every days when no one there and I have fired with out no reason. So I need who CEO this company will answer for me please. Thank you
