The firm has to do a better job of communicating with associates so that some people don't feel like they have to fend for themselves during certain cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are decent. There are opportunities for promotion, good resources, and good amenities for the employees to use.

What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw here it's that there doesn't seem to be a lot of time for other attorneys to help each other out since we have busy schedules. And not enough effort is done by the firm to create an easy format for communicating.
