Give less work or distribute the workload evenly between all of the staff so that the firm isn't overwhelmed. Show appreciation for hard work and provide incentives.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is smaller than a lot of other firms, which allows them to have a personal feel. You aren't just there to pull a paycheck, but really feel like part of a family.

What did you not like about this institution?
There can be a lot of work to distribute between the little staff so the support staff can get overwhelmed at times and even slow on getting work done.
