Listen to employees on what they think is right or wrong in situations that management is involved in. They know what is really going on.
Pros:
Good sense of community in this firm
Cons:
There isn't anything that easily sticks out, but there are parts that could be better. The management is friendly, but tends to not understand when deadlines aren't met, even if thiswas due to circumstances beyond my control.

This firm provides a lot of benefits for employees. There is excellent training available. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The benefits and people are great.
Cons:
The location isn't good and there is little room for advancement. Hours are long.

I was only hired as a 1-year temp, but it was such an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Cons:
I wasn't able to stay there longer because of the tight-knit work environment. I enjoyed my time there, though.
