What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I doubt there is anything they could do to improve. The behavior I experienced seemed to be business as usual for them.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?

I experienced G&S in 2008 as part of an Allstate insurance corporation bureaucratic attack on a survivor of Hurricane Charley (2004).
What did you not like about this institution?
The team members I experienced were not interested in facts, honesty or professionalism.
They did things on behalf of their customers that were unnecessarily harsh to downright stupid.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution

I don't think they were partners. Both of them were gratuitously nasty - for absolutely no reason. In civil disputes, there is no reason to trot out all that drama. No one was fighting them. It did not serve their client and only provided grist for future consumer complaints.

You need to check Robert Gale May III and have him stop using your firm as his personal threat department!

Robert Gale May III is very unprofessional.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Don't ever work with Robert Gale May III. He uses this law group to harass people including my mother. Shame on you and your law firm for employing such a man.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I have nothing positive to say about this firm. Robert Gale May III forced his way into my mother's apartment under false pretenses and has used this firm's name to make threats.
