What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be great if the associates were given better incentives and benefits. I think that is something that the associates, including myself, would appreciate.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The thing I love about working here is that the firm really cares about doing what is best for its clients. We accomplish this by making sure that we focus on the goal, which is to do the best job we can for the cases we work on. Our superiors do put a great focus on providing an efficient work place for us to work in. I also love the associates I work with and our clients. There are also a lot of opportunities for advancement with the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Quality sometimes comes at a price, and that is long hours. But when I see the great relationships we have with our clients, I think it's justified.
