My best advice is to lose the attitude and give people the proper respect. Also, improve the pay scale because it's an expensive city to live in."

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
S.D. Merritt is located in Boulder, one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. I liked working on estate cases and you can learn a lot from the attorneys there. You can get some good experience in the field because they are very well versed and quite excellent in their work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part of working there was the treatment. Someone has a bit of an attitude and they don't treat people with all the respect that they are due, not only as an employee but as a person. The pay and benefits are pretty poor too because the firm is so small.
