What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The experience here is great and it's an easy going, relaxing atmosphere. However, be prepared to invest yourself into the firm fully if you seek any type of promotional gains.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is filled with a wonderful team of attorneys that are willing to listen to your needs and help you along the way. Communication is important here as every attorney is working towards the greater good. The workload is modest and it doesn't feel at all overwhelming. It's easy to complete your workload throughout the day with their spacious offices.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, it is difficult to gain any higher form of promotional level here. Attorneys have had a long tenure and are constantly looking to be promoted. As a new hire, it's difficult to compete with those who have much more experience than you.
