I think management should ease off on the long hours so associates can have some time to themselves. Productivity will benefit, in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Fishback Dominick is a great place to work, especially if you're out to make money. The pay here is significantly above market average and the benefits are solid. There are also some perks that make life just a little bit easier.

What did you not like about this institution?
Burnout from overwork isn't uncommon here. Expectations are high and long hours are the norm. I've seen more than a couple people quit from plain exhaustion.
