Pay somewhat more regard for smaller practices and offices. Watch and deal with the firm and keep it more organized. Allow for mid-level employees to have more flexibility.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a strong sense of duty regarding education and instruction. The pro bono exercises are thorough. Networking with the administration and among employees is supported. The firm has an extraordinary authority that is extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
