"ABUSIVE DO NOT APPLY"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Close. You will never keep employees with the attitudes and atmosphere you provide.

Cons: Partners are abusive, no training is provided and you will be blamed and insulted for it, Burden constantly threatens jobs and belittles her employees. Burden will fire employees and then bash them to the entire firm and tell the reasons they were fired. Toxic work environment. No training provided so there is no working experience to gain and the atmosphere and coworkers will make you rethink your whole career choice. DO NOT APPLY!!!!!

Partners to Avoid and Why: Donna Burden and Phyliss Hafner DEFINITELY but no one will be very kind or helpful

Advice to law firm management: Treat your employees with respect.

Cons: ABUSIVE!!! horribly rude emails sent constantly, no training is provided and you will be berated when you make mistakes, they dont advise you have to pay for parking in the interview, NO MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT so no one to report their mistreatment to! Definitely NOT a team atmosphere. Working for this firm WILL change you and how you view the work you do - save yourself, do not apply!!!!!
