Pay your workers better. That is all.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm works in a variety of legal areas. Staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting and professional. The benefits are good.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is not that great. There is not a good work and life balance at this firm. Work can often get stressful.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
they sued the wrong person in my case. they sued an innocent mother who was the victim in a car accident. i was trying to get legal help for something something completing different and because of what they did i lost my case
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
