People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would get more support staff. I think that would stop the issues we have had with work flow and make everyone's lives easier. I would also find ways to increase the rate of advancement. It would keep more senior associates around, increasing the number of experienced attorneys.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The senior staff as well as support staff are very nice and great to work with. The senior staff does look out for you and will act very down to earth even if you are a junior associate. The support staff is helpful. The work is also very challenging.
