This is a good firm to work for if you want the small environment. The firm will be a good stepping stone to get your experience in a law firm but don't look at this firm as a way to move up within the organization.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a small law firm so it can really be personable. The work schedule is flexible and they pay really well. Because this is a small firm you have a lot of opportunities to grow.

What did you not like about this institution?
This small firm is understaffed so sometimes your workload can be a bit overwhelming and the attorneys don't really look out for the support staff.
