What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel the law firm can have a great workplace and environment if there is a balance. The balance needs to be between how well they help others and with the actual work. They should help create a balance as well for the schedule to make it more acceptable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm offers great pay with competitive benefits. They have a well thought out exposure that will help you generate a good idea of your career. The firm is growing rapidly and they offer a very innovative work place.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is nice but it can be a bit conducive. They have long work hours and at times can be grueling for the normal firm that is around. Although it's bad there can be ways to help prevent the grueling work environment and schedule.
