Make more positions open for those that want to stay and grow with the company. That will make things better overall for the business.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have really enjoyed working here and learning from the best. I truly believe that I am surrounded by individuals that know what they are doing and are always willing to help.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like there is not room for me to continue to grow with this company and go upward into another position, and that isn't good.

The energy is there, and is great to help you get going and move. There might be too much of that for some, so maybe a change in pace for the new hires could be incorporated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The whole place is filled with well qualified people that want to be there. I feel that everyone is energized and wanted to improve themselves and each other. I have not been working there for that long but have already taken advantages to opportunities that have been offered. Management is on top of their game.

What did you not like about this institution?
While the environment is at a brisk pace, that can also be a negative as far as being overworked. Some have mentioned that the pace that others have worked at is over the top and a bit unsettling for new hires. I can understand this.
