I wish we had more pay because it's a little average for the amount of workand creativity that is placed into it.

Increase the salary and benefits. Work on improving management's issues. That is all.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The hours are flexible and the work is interesting. Leadership is high at this firm. The staff were enjoyable to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours were long, as at any law firm. The pay is not great, and management doesn't run things well.

Do your best work and don't be afraid to take your work home with you to get an edge.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is the type of firm that's only fit for a golden god. You will be treated as though you are a five star man, because they recognize potential when they see it.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is not a starter job. They will expect you to be a finisher. If you don't meet their standards, they will ask you to be gone.
