Human resource department needs to take a breather and decide on what to focus on. Treat the ones that need a change, different then ones that are getting things done and doing a good job.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like that there is always something to do, and the clients are interesting and fun to work for. Has potential.

What did you not like about this institution?
Overworked people are common here, and taking time off for personal needs doesn't come without a fight and that is exhausting.
