What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Reward individuals who put the time and hard work into merit and acknowledge this. There were a few part time employees who unmistakably did not think about their occupations, but they were paid the same as others who took the time and effort to put forth into the career. Leave a substantial chunk of the work to those representatives who really appear to want to be here at the workplace and perform the task up to the standards of the firm. These things need to be stopped for it to have a more efficient environment for everyone working.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Considering the business, the firm is exceptionally laid back and offers work to individuals with next to zero involvement. There is a lot of space for advancement in the firm and to further your career. Adaptable planning; inviting colleagues and administration is something that is very well known and compatible with the firm. There are also some great introductory presentations to guide you throughout the hiring process and they offer an easygoing situation you can get behind.

What did you not like about this institution?
An excessive number of young associateswalk around everywhere throughout the workplace with a laid back demeanor with no goal in sight. There is also a lot of gripe about it being out of line when they are decried for acting like kids and act like they merit something more than they are given for talking throughout the day with nothing else to offer the firm.
