This firm needs to know when to tell customers they are too busy before signing them as a client. If employees are becoming overwhelmed by the work load, there needs to be less.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Leadership is outstanding with this law firm. Employees report that upper management is very dedicated to their employees and making sure that their satisfaction is top notch. The work environment is friendly and upbeat and customers have reported a positive legal process with the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be a bit much at times. Some employees have complained about the amount of work being too much and taking away from their lives. Work is certainly important, but being able to take time away from work is also important.
