This firm needs to take into consideration their long term employees, and making sure they are paying them fairly. If not, long term members will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a great work environment to those looking to join the staff. Employees have reported that this firm has friendly employees who are willing to help others in need, and really take pride in knowing they work for this firm. Compensation is paid well for new employees and gives them an opportunity to grow within the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, this firm does not offer much for long term employees. While they do offer room to grow, the compensation for employees who have worked long term is slim to none. Long term employees feel pressured into leaving because they could receive better compensation elsewhere.
