What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If a drastic change doesn't happen soon, there won't be any hope for the firm. There needs to be a top down change in mindset here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Some of the old dogs around here are very knowledgeable and experienced. There is a lot you can learn from them here. There is a lot of work, so opportunities for experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has fallen from grace over the past few years, and many people have jumped ship. The firm took a new direction, which hasn't turned out well. Instead of doubling efforts and reinvesting in itself, the firm tightened its belt and started pinching pennies at every turn; only a matter of time before the doors are locked.
