What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Work to home quality needs to have a better ratio. Even being single it was too much, I can't imagine with the people with families are feeling.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They took me right out of law school and gave me my start. Provided adequate mentorship and gave me a path to further professional development.

What did you not like about this institution?
They will definitely use you up. You will more than earn your keep there with long hours and very little vacation.
