If this firm wants to keep long term employees around, they need to offer more chances for upward mobility. Otherwise employees will simply leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a great work environment that is filled with creativity and positivity. Employees are encouraged to work together with team building strategies and management works hard to ensure employees are getting along and happy with their employment position.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this firm is that it seems a bit small. Employment opportunities for this firm are slim to none and only hiring new employees every few months, maybe less. Some employees have been at this firm for a while, but those who wish to move up typically leave after a certain point.
