Pay your workers what they deserve. Provide more training in the management department.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment is relaxed and innovative. Staff are intelligent and experienced. The benefits are good. Overall, decent place to work.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay isn't that great. There are some problems with management.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Pay more attention the supporting staff, associates and clerks. Give them their due and compensate them better so that there will be a better team atmosphere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They give you great responsibility early on and the ability to take control of your case load. There is lots of opportunity for growth and increased responsibility.
What did you not like about this institution?
The support staff is not well-compensated or well-trained and don't give you much help at all. They could use an upgrade of the technology as well.
