Advice to law firm management:
Continue to complete great and respected work. Continue to offer ways to move up the ladder, but don't forget to pay employees a suitable amount when they aren't at the top yet.

Pros:
The firm has a great reputation in the community. There is room to really move up within this firm, which makes it a very attractive opportunity when starting here.

Cons:
The pay isn't great. It is good for this area of the country, but on a nationwide scale, it falls pretty far down the charts.
