What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Raise compensation and benefits to keep some of the budding stars around. It might be beneficial to create some new positions for the really stellar people before they take off to someplace else.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm hires a lot of recent grads and offers a lot of training, so it's a great place to get started on a new career. Due to the average age of the office, there's a much younger, more casual atmosphere to the office, which is really refreshing if you've worked in some more mundane office settings.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since the firm offers so much training, they don't offer quite as much in the way of compensation and benefits. There isn't a lot of potential for moving up here since the more senior positions rarely open up.
