Highly Supportive and Rewarding Place to Practice Law on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Full time Current Employee

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
TM is a highly supportive community of lawyers and legal professionals who are committed to making it a great place to work. From day one, I was treated as a valued contributor to complex legal matters. As I have developed legal skills, TM has encouraged me to take on a great deal of responsibility. I enjoy a great deal of autonomy in the day to day management of my cases. Most importantly, I have been able to self-actualize a career that involves the type of matters I want to be working on, without destroying my work-life balance. Practicing law is a demanding job, but TM does a good job of minimizing the stressors of a traditional law practice. The lawyers here are passionate about doing exceptional work and obtaining a valuable result for the client. This is truly a great place to practice law.

What did you not like about this institution?
TM is an ideal place for a self-starter to work. There is a ton of opportunity, a very open management structure, and each lawyer enjoys a great deal of autonomy. These are attributes that have served me well in my career, but some people thrive in a more structured work atmosphere.
